Saturdays and Sundays, August 1–2 and 15–16 with Rev. Laksmi Scalise In this training with Reiki Master Rev. Lasksmi, learn to practice Reiki on yourself and others through light touch, practice distance healing, and receive symbols to support self-healing and healing of others. You’ll receive the Reiki Healing Touch Manual and an attunement in Levels 1 and 2. Upon completion, you’ll be certified through the Usui lineage of Reiki.

The TRE exercises mildly tire the legs, triggering an involuntary shaking and trembling response, which begins in the legs and often spreads throughout the body. This natural response is the nervous system’s way of discharging long-held tension and unconscious body contraction, caused by everyday stress and traumatic life experiences, in order to restore the body to wholeness.
