Let’s gather in the spiritual energy of Sunday morning to chant and meditate, to participate in a puja, or worship service, and to share conversation as a community of spiritual seekers. Bring your open heart! Swami Asokananda and Chandra will welcome everyone, share their own journeys to Integral Yoga as their faith tradition and inspire you to remember that divine energy is always surrounding us, waiting for us to tune in. Sunday morning is a time in many traditions for coming together in prayer and shared devotion to whatever spiritual path resonates for you.

Swami Asokananda, a monk since 1973, is one of Integral Yoga’s foremost teachers, known for his warmth, intelligence, and good humor. His teaching comes out of his own practice and experience, since he has absorbed the wisdom of his guru, Sri Swami Satchidananda, since the age of 19.
