Experience a transformative approach to building health, strength, clarity, and inner resilience. Inspired by the goal of Integral Yoga—to realize a body of perfect health and strength, a mind of calm clarity, an intellect sharp as a razor, and a heart full of compassion—this series brings ancient practices into real-world, daily living.
Each 90-minute session includes:
- 30 minutes of learning and education
- 30 minutes of guided practice (asana, breathwork, mantra)
- 30 minutes of discussion, reflection, and meditation

- Classical Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to awaken core strength, flexibility, and vitality
- Targeted self-care for necks, shoulders, backs, hips, knees, and joints—practical tools to diagnose and support your body daily
- Pranayama to boost lung health, energize the immune system, and align mind-body-spirit
- Self-discipline, selfless action, mantra japa, study, and meditation woven into each session
- Techniques to bring new life and radiance to the skin, rooted in the wisdom of 5-element Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Practical methods for strengthening the lungs to naturally defend against airborne pathogens and support respiratory health
- Tools to manage conditions like asthma, allergies, and congestion through the power of conscious breath
