This online workshop bridges traditional yogic wisdom with contemporary medical research, offering an accessible yet evidence-based exploration of yoga therapy for intestinal health.
It is grounded in the scientific review “The Impact of Yoga Therapy in Intestinal Disorders”, co-authored by Alessandra Uma Cocchi in collaboration with Prof. Antonio Di Sabatino and Dr. Giovanni Santacroce from the University of Pavia, Italy.
The session includes a summary of current scientific findings, a presentation of the Integral Yoga protocol used in one of the reviewed studies, a short guided practice, and time for questions and discussions.
