Reiki Training Levels 1 and 2: Learn to Heal Yourself and Others
Saturdays and Sundays, June 7–8 and 21–22
10 a.m.–5 p.m.
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century that is linked to a range of physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood, pain relief, and relaxation, allowing the body to better heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. In this training with Reiki Master Rev. Lasksmi, learn to practice Reiki on yourself and others through light touch, practice distance healing, and receive symbols to support self-healing and healing of others. You’ll receive the Reiki Healing Touch Manual and an attunement in Levels 1 and 2. Upon completion, you’ll be certified through the Usui lineage of Reiki.
