Instructors
Durga Leela is a certified Ayurveda Practitioner, yoga teacher, yoga therapist (IAYT certified) and Recovery Coach. She has been teaching Yoga of Recovery since 2005 and is recognized as a Pioneer in holistic mental health and recovery, introducing the profound healing of both Ayurveda and Yoga to National Recovery Conferences over the last 20 years. She is the author of “Yoga of Recovery: Integrating Yoga and Ayurveda with Modern Recovery Tools for Addiction.
Dr. Ramkumar is a lifelong student of Ayurveda and other traditional Indian knowledge systems. Over the last 2 decades, he has given talks and conducted workshops in the Americas, Africa, Europe, Australia and many parts of Asia, promoting health, happiness and contentment.
