Getting Unstuck: How We Change, Why We Don’t
Program Description
Getting Unstuck: How We Change, Why We Don’t
Even when we are clear about changes we want to make in our lives, we often find it difficult to break out of well-established habits or we fall back into them when times are tough. Our conscious intentions may conflict with the old feelings and beliefs that are still embedded in our subconscious mind.
In this workshop, we will explore how to look deeply with compassion to unearth the roots of unhealthy patterns, understand our hidden needs and fears, and begin to make comprehensive lifestyle changes without stress or backlash. Then the changes we wish to make can be broken down into steps and our efforts can be free from past conditioning, allowing us to feel the vastness, depth, and sacred nature of the Spirit within and around us.
