Nada Yoga: The Transformative Power of Sound
Program Description
Nada Yoga: The Transformative Power of Sound
Explore the transformative power of sound as a pathway to meditation, inner harmony, and self-awareness. Through AUM chanting, mantra, attentive listening, and the Indian musical system of Sargam, we will discover together how vibration can quiet the mind and open the heart. Let’s explore the journey from outer sound to inner silence, experiencing sound not as a performance, but as a meditation practice. No previous experience with singing, yoga, or music is required.
This workshop offers a simple and profound invitation to awaken your own voice and experience the peace and joy that arise through sacred sound.
**This is an in-person program.**

Through mantra, chanting, kirtan, and meditative singing, he shares how sound can become a pathway from mental noise to inner stillness, peace, and a deeper sense of freedom.
