Simrit Pop-up: Chat & Chai
Join global musical artist Simrit for an intimate and uplifting afternoon of sound healing, movement, and heartfelt connection.
This 90-minute in-person session will weave together powerful practices—chanting, Kundalini-inspired movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and gong immersion—to create space for deep inner resonance and release. Following the session, participants are invited to share reflections and connect over a cup of Chai in an informal community circle with Simrit.
