Medical Qigong: Healing Your Inner Self
Program Description
Medical Qigong: Healing Your Inner Self
Embrace this transformative year of the Fire Horse—a time for deep healing and self-discovery. Join master Qigong teacher Nadiya Peters, with over 30 years of experience, in a workshop that revitalizes your spirit through a unique Qigong practice.
This Taoist Soul Retrieval work reconnects you to Hun (Ethereal Soul), located in your liver by harnessing Yang energy for clarity by day and inspiration by night. The second part of the practice nurtures your Po (Corporeal Soul), located in your lungs, enhancing sensitivity and animal nature, tapping into Yin energy for emotional balance.
As Nadiya‘s teacher would say, these two practices bring harmony to our inner landscape while acting as a kind of restoration of an inner map of our original celestial instructions. We may say it aids in calling back any sense of having been ‘lost’ in our lives, due to trauma, addiction, PTSD, or family disruptions. Experience powerful mudras and chants to rejuvenate your well-being. Beginners are warmly welcomed.
