Gong4All–NYC – Overnight Gong Experience
Program Description
Gong4All–NYC – Overnight Gong Experience
Join Integral Yoga Holistic Resonance Sound Healers with Bob Brisley, Ragna Frodo and special guest gong master, Lois Harrison at Integral Yoga Institute for Gong4All–NYC, an all-night immersion in sound, rest, and renewal — part of a worldwide celebration of Music Day.
From 9 PM until 6 AM, the gongs will resonate continuously, creating a sonic landscape for deep relaxation and inner harmony. The healing vibrations of the gong invite release — of tension, of thought, of time itself — allowing the body and mind to settle into profound stillness.
As we journey through the night together, each tone becomes a bridge — connecting breath to being, self to silence, and all of us to the global rhythm of unity.
Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably throughout the night as the gongs create waves of sound and vibration. The space will be softly lit and held in a peaceful atmosphere, encouraging rest and gentle introspection. You are welcome to sleep, meditate, or simply listen. Please bring a blanket, cushion, pillow, snacks, or anything that helps you feel at ease.
Light refreshments and tea will be available before the sunrise closing.
