Back Care Series: Yoga for the Neck, Shoulders, and Upper Back
Unwind built-up tension and restore comfort to the neck, shoulders, and upper back in this targeted, therapeutic workshop. These areas are especially prone to holding the weight of daily stress, repetitive movement patterns, and postural imbalances—especially from prolonged screen time or slouching.
