Unwind built-up tension and restore comfort to the neck, shoulders, and upper back in this targeted, therapeutic workshop. These areas are especially prone to holding the weight of daily stress, repetitive movement patterns, and postural imbalancesโ€”especially from prolonged screen time or slouching.

Jacinta Jayadevi Hollon, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is an Integral Yoga teacher certified in beginner through advanced Hatha, Pranayama, Meditation, and Raja Yoga as well as Accessible, Restorative, and Yin Yoga. She holds additional certifications to teach in the Pilates method as well as various schools of dance, and is recognized by Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education Provider. A former professional dancer and performing artist, her teaching method is informed by a diverse background in classical and contemporary dance forms, movement-based therapeutics, and practices for cultivating embodied awareness.
