Body As Cosmos: Galactic Language Activation
Come explore the body as an instrument, portal, and living cosmos through meditation, movement, breath, live music, voice activation, sound exploration and contemplative practice. We gather in circles to listen deeply, activate our inner cosmos, tune in to galactic language activation, and remember our relationship to each other and the living world. Renowned artist AshEl SeaSunZ will be playing a ngoni, a West African harp blessed by Amma, for this deep transmission of soulful melodies and celestial vibrations.
