Amy Daya Eberhardt has been certified by the Integral Yoga Institute to teach Hatha levels I and II; Adaptive Yoga, and Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga. She teaches anatomy and physiology in the Yoga Teacher training program at the Integral Yoga Institute. Daya holds a master’s degree in public health (MPH) from Columbia University. She graduated from The Swedish Institute and is a New York State Licensed massage therapist (LMT). She practices Reiki at level two.
For over 6 years she worked as an integrative health practitioner at NYU Langone Health where she was a member of the pioneering Department of Integrative Health Programs. Daya worked with patients of every age and background at the hospital, as they healed or as they died. The highlight of her work there was serving on the pediatric palliative care team and providing Reiki to infants in the NICU as well as to children under palliative care.
