The sacrum connects the base of the spine to the pelvis, and this region plays a crucial role in our balance, mobility, and everyday movement. When misaligned or unstable, the SI joints can cause persistent pain in the lower back, hips, or legs, and make daily actions like walking, bending, or climbing stairs feel difficult.
