Yin Yoga, Restorative, and Divine Calm: Deep Rest in the City
Feeling anxious, stiff, and exhausted with the struggles of routine life? Come join us for some sweet stretching and peaceful relaxation to dissolve tightness and tension, ease out of the winter blues, and raise your spirits. Each session will focus on one of the heart-centered practices of loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and steady awareness. Gentle sound healing, breathwork, and diverse variations with props will be offered. Let these nurturing practices revitalize your energy for a refreshed sense of wellbeing.
