Program Description
Karma Yoga Day
Come meet like-minded yogis and learn about our Karma Yoga program. We’ll serve together to beautify the Temples and give the Integral Yoga Shop a deep cleaning—followed by noon meditation and a pizza lunch to nourish body and spirit.
Tasks we’ll be doing include:
- Window cleaning
- Dusting
- Sweeping
- Alphabetizing books
- Rearranging
- Cleaning props & folding blankets
- Photography & social media
Whether you’re a longtime sangha member or just getting to know us, this is a joyful way to give back, connect, and be of service.
