Exploring the Five Koshas and the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Continuing Education Workshop for IYI Teachers
**This workshop is for certified Integral Yoga Teachers only**
Truth Is One, Paths Are Many
Exploring the Five Koshas and the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Inspired by the Integral Yoga understanding that truth can be approached through many paths, this workshop will explore connections between the Pancha Maya Kosha from yogic philosophy and the Five Element framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The session will include a short lecture, meridian-inspired stretching, and a guided Yoga Nidra practice through the five koshas.
For ten years, Snow taught Five Element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York, and she enjoys sharing this perspective in ways that support yoga practice and teaching.
This is a virtual workshop, taking place online. Registration is free for Integral Yoga Active teachers and $54 for Inactive Teachers.
