Diana Dharani Díaz MA, RYT 500 with advanced certifications in Accessible Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga for Stress Management, Anatomy and Physiology and Healing Relationships. She is an Accessible Yoga Ambassador and founding member of Integral Yoga NY’s Racial Diversity and Anti-discrimination Committee. Diana teaches yoga and leads workshops and programs for Integral Yoga NY, Harlem Wellness Center, YogisUnidos, SisterMentors (DC), Girls Club LES and Community Heathcare Network. She is a Director of the Yoga at School Program for IYI NY.
A published author of memoir and creative non-fiction, she facilitates yoga and writing workshops internationally, and is a 2021 City Corp Artist Grant winner . Diana holds a BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in Dramatic Writing and an MA in English Literature from La Universidad de Puerto Rico. She serves on the Executive Board of Voices of Our Nation’s Arts Foundation (VONA). Diana is a Native Nuyorican and prioritizes serving her community and marginalized populations.
