Now it’s time to put together your surfboard. Join Suzan Saraswati Colón, IYI teacher and author of Yoga Mind: Journey Beyond the Physical, for a 90-minute workshop on incorporating seven essential Raja Yoga principles into your life. We will meditate, breathe, learn practical, modern-day applications for ancient tools for personal growth, share in community, and learn to be strong spiritual surfers.

Suzan Saraswati Colón, RYT-200, has been practicing Integral Yoga for nearly 25 years and became a certified Level 1 instructor in 2002. She was trained in Therapeutic Yoga Level 1 by Cheri Clampett and Arturo Peal in 2003, and in Yoga for Arthritis by Steffany Moonaz and Nancy O’Brien in 2014. Suzan is the creator of Take A Yoga Break, an iTunes app of yoga-based moves that help fight the health dangers of sitting.
