Yin and Yoga Nidra for Calm and Ease: The Perfect Practice for this Time with Narisara Vanichanan, E-RYT 500
Thursday, May 28 • 6:30–8:30 p.m.
This is an online workshop. You’ll need to download Zoom to attend. Please see your purchase confirmation for the Zoom link.
In this sweet immersion, we will explore our inner landscape to relieve stress and anxiety. Practice grounding Yin Yoga for the first hour, lengthening and releasing layers of tension. Free up the shoulders, back, and hamstrings. Then retreat to a special, guided Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), designed to cultivate peace and stillness within. Awaken to breathe in kindness, exhale out serenity. This is an online workshop. Yoga props (blocks, blankets, pillows/bolster, yoga strap, eye pillow) are helpful but not necessary. An optional Spotify music playlist will be emailed in advance. Includes Yoga: All Levels
