Need a little breather? Do you ever crave having a sense of being rather than always doing? You don’t need to go to far-off lands or even travel out of the city to get a full retreat experience that will literally change your life in a day. Come to Integral Yoga’s urban oasis in the heart of the West Village, and let us take care of you with timeless mindfulness practices of physical Yoga, meditation, breath work, Yoga philosophy, and a workshop that explores how to reduce stress and increase peace and happiness, all guided by seasoned holistic Yoga teachers.
Treat yourself to a full schedule of events that will keep you engaged, enhance your mindfulness practice, and give you effective practices to take home to use in your work and your life. The retreat includes a vegetarian lunch and dinner. No prior Yoga or meditation experience is required.

2–4 p.m. Workshop: Reduce Stress and Increase Peace and Happiness
4–5 p.m. Restorative Yoga
5–6 p.m. Regroup and Reflect

Amy Hamsa Cho, RYT 200, is an Integral Yoga teacher. Her philosophy is that Yoga is about awareness and resilience of the mind, body, and spirit. She has incorporated those lessons learned in her corporate work and personal life and has experienced the transformational ability of Hatha Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Raja Yoga: the Integral Yoga system. She is certified to teach Levels 1 and 2. She has furthered her teacher training for Yin Yoga with Corina Benner and Chair Yoga with Michael Hutkins.
