Engaging Your Muscle Strength with Hamsa Spagnola, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, T.R.M.
Saturday, April 27 • 2:00–4:00 p.m.
In this combination chair/mat class, Hamsa will guide you in a fun and strengthening practice, fusing the beauty and grace of Yoga by showing you how to engage, activate, strengthen, and tone your muscles. Engaging the muscles helps to increase bone strength, revs up the metabolism, and builds lean muscle mass, which is especially beneficial as we age. This is a safe, low-impact workout for both the experienced and the novice Yogi. If you like, you may bring a pair of one-, two-, or three-pound handheld weights. Includes Yoga: New Beginners and All Levels
