Earth Care, Self-Care: Ayurveda, Yoga, Permaculture, and the Environment

Earth Care, Self-Care: Ayurveda, Yoga, Permaculture, and the Environment with Cory Tixier and Danny “Skinz” Good

Sunday, February 25 • 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Ayurveda, Yoga, and permaculture are rooted in an understanding of the self in relation to all things. They teach us that to be healthy and complete individuals we must consider the whole. Each one is based in a belief that certain basic morals and principles must be rooted deep within us in order for us to be stewards of the Earth. Come deepen your understanding of and relationship to the environment and to the self. Awaken and unlock your innate sense of connection. You will be empowered to make choices that will serve not only you and your needs but also the needs of your social and environmental community.
