Dysfunctional Breathing: How to Spot It, How to Fix It 3-Week Course with Dr. Timothy McCall

Yoga therapy is strong medicine, but it’s usually slow medicine. But when you can repattern the breath in a more functional manner, it can be life-changing within days. This training will include lectures, experiential exercises, Q+A sessions, and practices that will include breath-based asana practices, along with a number of breathing exercises. Appropriate for yoga students and teachers, yoga therapists and those with breathing issues.
Participants will receive links to recordings of the sessions. Session recordings will be available to participants for streamable viewing for one week following each session.
