Learn how to access and work with the mysterious bandhas—jhalandara, uddiyana, and mula—while gaining a basic understanding of how a well-functioning “core” or pressure system supports pelvic health. Using breath, bandhas, and asana practices, you will learn how to strengthen, relax, and coordinate those areas for better stability and optimal use in your everyday life. Leslie Daley RYT500, MS OTR/L, has been practicing Yoga for more than 30 years and teaching classes and workshops since 2002. She is a licensed occupational therapist having earned her master of science degree from Columbia University in 2012. She uses integrative therapies, including John Barnes Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Yoga, and mind-body techniques that provide consistent results in reducing pain, restoring motion, and improving quality of life for her patients.
