Meditation Teacher Training Intensive

Taught by Swami Ramananda, Kali Morse, E-RYT 500, RPYT, and Swami Vidyananda
The Integral Yoga Meditation Teacher Training program will enable you to go deeper in your own practice and guide your students to go deeper in theirs. You will receive instruction in the theory and techniques of meditation, including mantra, visualization, breath awareness, witnessing, and prayer. You also will learn the Yogic breathing techniques and how to refine and develop them. You will be taught different ways of incorporating meditation into Hatha Yoga classes. After completing the training, you will have the knowledge, skill, and confidence to teach meditation workshops of varying lengths and a six-week meditation course.
$1,250 ($1,008 for IYINY active teachers)
November 27 – December 6 (10 consecutive days)
Monday through Wednesday • 9:30am – 6pm
Open to Yoga teachers of all traditions. Must have a 200-hour teaching certification recognized by Yoga Alliance, and at least 1 year of teaching experience.

Kali Morse, E-RYT 500, RPYT, is director of the Teacher Training programs at the New York Integral Yoga Institute. Kali’s dedication and service to the art of Yoga spans four decades. She has taught Yoga in many settings, including schools, colleges, hospitals, businesses, and more. She is certified to teach Integral Levels I, II, and III, Meditation, Raja Yoga, Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga, Children’s Yoga, and Therapeutic Yoga.
