As an individual who has been teaching teen yoga for several years, I found the program to not only be comprehensive of my experiences, but expansive as well. The days flew by with a great balance between instruction, demonstration, practice and exploration. I did not know what to expect coming in, but I left with a lifted spirit and hope for the future of teens and yoga.
