Sharyn Hahn, C-IAYT, RYT-500, received her 800-hour IYT certification through the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy in 2022. She has been teaching yoga and related healing practices to students of all ages and levels since 2015. Additionally, in her role as a Middle School teacher, she created a Mindfulness program that has been incorporated into her curriculum. Asa result of her own personal journey of achieving balance and wellness, she pursued accreditations as an ACE Personal Trainer and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, as well as several yoga certifications, in order to help others with their success. She offers a combination of various modalities while helping her students to create a personalized routine to support their goals.
Sharyn shares her passion for guiding others on their own path with an invitation to explore and unblock the chakras, deepen an understanding of pranayama, tap into mindfulness, and delve into a physical practice that embraces asana to enhance balance, strength, and flexibility. This holistic approach reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, and encourages an understanding of the physical, energetic, and emotional connections within the koshas, which are crucial to our overall well-being.
