In this workshop, focus on recognizing stagnant patterns, shedding stale energies, nourishing wise seeds of intention, and encouraging movement to celebrate nature’s renewal. Spring calls us to move, create, and manifest new possibilities. Honor the seasonal changes within, and leave with clarity and balance. Yin yoga, mindful alignment-based vinyasa, cleansing breathwork/pranayama, and yoga nidra will be offered. Includes Yoga: All levels
