Program Description
Join us for this special holistic yoga session, integrated with breathwork, self-management techniques, and mindfulness practice sharing the art of self-governance at all three levels of human existence—physical, subtle, and causal—to achieve holistic health and mental well being to show up as our strongest selves, inside out. Suitable for all fitness levels, this program will include lecture, practical techniques, and time for Q&A.
