Integral Yoga is as gentle as the ocean and just as deep. Based on a 5000-year-old science, as taught by Sri Swami Satchidananda, Integral Yoga balances six different branches of practice to bring forward our own inner experience of peace. Through these daily practices, we learn to unleash our innate joy and begin to understand our true selves. While we will be grounding ourselves in these practices, ultimately we will focus on how we can become human beings, not human doings. You will come away with an overview of the various branches and some practical applications on how to integrate them into your daily life.
