During your consultation, you and Allison will discuss your health concerns. Taking an individualized approach using Ayurvedic principles, your constitution and current state of imbalance will be identified. Based on this evaluation, a personalized Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle treatment plan will be developed for your goal of optimal balanced health and wellness.
