Narayani GaiaNarayani Gaia is a spiritual guide and healer for those who seek to awaken to their gifts and claim their power while choosing to live from their intuitive knowledge in all aspects of life. She is a devotee of Sri Swami Satchidananda and has been an IYI instructor since 1999. Narayani helps people face self-doubt, spiritual confusion, and address lifelong issues to transform their sense of self and achieve both their potential and purpose. She experienced a kundalini awakening in 2002 which took years to reveal its power and help others on the path of awakening integration. She is the author of the upcoming book on Embodied Awakening and Awakening Map Method.
Narayani works one on one with clients and in groups training a new generation of awakened guides.

In this workshop you will have an opportunity to deepen awareness of your soul purpose and gain clarity and guidance on how to stay on track with your path of service in a way that resonates with your inner self. Through yogic practices of movement, meditation, chanting, and prayer, along with writing and group sharing, explore and gain insight on how to move forward with your inner and outer journey. Gather with sangha for healing, inspiration, and a greater understanding of how you can grow and serve yourself as well as others. Includes Yoga: All Levels
