Program Description
For Yoga teachers and therapists seeking to understand the healing process through Yoga
The desire to alleviate human suffering has propelled mankind to seek myriad paths and solutions from time immemorial. But the Yogis took it to a different level, discovering that the root of the problem lies within us and therefore sustainable solutions can only come through a deeper understanding of the self, its relationship and interactions with the world around us.
Healing through yoga therapy, therefore, is the process of discovering one’s relationship with our body, vital energies, mind, and deeper self, and reconnecting with our inner Intelligence. Through this process, healing happens in the most harmonious manner and has the potential to become a self-transformative journey!
