Join us for an afternoon exploring how mindfulness tools such as meditation, yoga, and chanting can be used to maintain both mental and physical health in the C20 Integrated Holistic Health session “Mindfulness: the Key to Wellness” with special speakers Dr. Chiti Parikh, Internal Medicine & Holistic Health practitioner, Swami Chidanananda, and Br. Ramanandamrita Chaitanya
