She’s been a Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa practitioner since 2011 and over time, her practice has developed into an inward journey towards self realization. Program Description
Support your health and vitality with the powerful practice of Pranayama, where you will learn how to control your breath to regulate the nervous system, clear the mind, and nourish and purify the entire body.
On a physiological level, Pranayama improves blood oxygenation and detoxification, supporting the functioning of all organs, and reducing stress, anxiety and chronic pain.
On a subtle level, as we build awareness of our breath and learn how to control its delicate fluxes, the mind becomes clear and focused, enabling a deeper experience of Self exploration and expansion of consciousness.
This workshop covers the three foundational Integral Yoga breathing practices: Dirga Svasam (deep, diaphragmatic breathing), Kapalabhati (skull shining breath) and Nadi Suddhi (alternate nostril breathing).
Whether you want to advance your Yoga practice, or simply learn how to control your breath to improve your physical and mental health, this workshop is an opportunity to refine your technique and deepen your understanding of the science and benefits of Pranayama.
This is an in person program.
