Meditation is one of the most widely used forms of spiritual practice that enables us to connect to the Divine. This timeless practice used by many different traditions gives us access to a personal center of Peace.

Joins us for an exploration of different styles of meditation led by seasoned teachers from the Buddhist, Christian, Yogic, and Sufi traditions. There will be in-depth study, practice, and an opportunity to ask questions. Some meditation experience is welcome but not necessary.
