We all know the benefits of meditating. But it’s not easy for most of us to achieve. Meditative art is one way to reaping those benefits and initiating an alpha state of mind.
EUNOIA [yoo’-noy-ah] means “a well-mind” or “beautiful thinking” – Dedicated to bringing curated experiences to promote a well mind through meditative, neuro-graphic, and tactile art workshops.
In many ways, mindfulness is all about cultivating a natural sense of EUNOIA. A state of being and thinking that is beautiful and kind, a condition of receptivity.
