Dianne Rashmi Galliano, is an IYI teacher trainer, certified yoga therapist, IY Yoga Therapy student advisor, and has a Master of Science degree in Yoga Therapy. She is a highly experienced yoga teacher whose expertise is informed by more than 15 years of teaching and, as an E-RYT 500, has over 6000 documented teaching hours. Maintaining healthy and ethical relationships with faculty, students, and her clients is of utmost importance. Her attitude of non-judgment, adaptability, and inclusivity fosters a safe space for students to explore and find their balance between effort and ease. Recently appointed as Director of Teachers at IYINY with her roots grounded in the art and science of yoga and guided by the teachings of Swami Satchidananda Rashmi continues to educate, develop, and deepen her personal practice

Difficulty sleeping or getting a restful sleep? Shut off the television, let go of email checking and news reading, rather dim your lights, play some calming music, make a cup of tea then stretch, breathe, and focus your way into restful sleep. Part of a good night’s sleep begins with a bedtime ritual. This five-week online workshop will aid you in developing a plan of care that helps you unwind to support a more restful sleep!
With your lights dimmed, perhaps some peaceful music of your own choice (being that it is on online event), supportive props (if you would like), journal, and a pen we will move through a soothing practice that can help you drift off into a restful state of being!
