DESCRIPTION:**This workshop is for certified Integral Yoga Teachers only** \nTruth Is One\, Paths Are Many\nExploring the Five Koshas and the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine \nInspired by the Integral Yoga understanding that truth can be approached through many paths\, this workshop will explore connections between the Pancha Maya Kosha from yogic philosophy and the Five Element framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The session will include a short lecture\, meridian-inspired stretching\, and a guided Yoga Nidra practice through the five koshas. \nFor ten years\, Snow taught Five Element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York\, and she enjoys sharing this perspective in ways that support yoga practice and teaching. \nThis is a virtual workshop\, taking place online.
