SUMMARY:Adaptive Gentle/Chair Yoga: Continuing Education Workshop for Yoga Teachers
DESCRIPTION: **This workshop is for certified yoga teachers only — teachers certified from other schools are welcome to attend** \nWhether you are already an Adaptive Gentle & Chair Yoga Teacher or Yoga Therapist\, or have just completed your 200-hour Basic TT; please join us for a Continuing Education Workshop based on Integral Yoga’s Adaptive Teacher Training program\, which will be starting September 2026. \nThis workshop will offer information and instruction for those who would like to learn how to modify some of the traditional yoga asana to enable students who are living with various physical conditions/disabilities to achieve the same results they would get from the traditional postures. It will also serve as a review and refresher for those who are already certified Adaptive Teachers and wish to “brush up” on your skills \nCome with your questions\, come with your openness\, your ideas and your mat. Come prepared to work together adapting Yoga for those in need of more accessible classes. We will be using chairs\, straps\, blocks\, blankets\, etc… \n$54\, or Free for Active IYINY Teachers
