Guided by Maji\, a gifted Mongolian shaman experienced in transformational practices\, participants are invited into a shared field of drumming\, sacred sound\, and intuitive energy practices that open the heart\, ground the body\, and awaken a profound sense of connection. \nThrough these practices\, participants are supported in moving beyond the busy mind and accessing the wisdom of their inner being. The steady beat of the drum naturally shifts brainwave states\, creating a meditative rhythm that supports relaxation\, emotional release\, and expanded states of awareness. DESCRIPTION:Join Integral Yoga Holistic Resonance Sound Healers with Bob Brisley\, Ragna Frodo and special guest gong master\, Lois Harrison at Integral Yoga Institute for Gong4All–NYC\, an all-night immersion in sound\, rest\, and renewal — part of a worldwide celebration of Music Day. \nFrom 9 PM until 6 AM\, the gongs will resonate continuously\, creating a sonic landscape for deep relaxation and inner harmony. The healing vibrations of the gong invite release — of tension\, of thought\, of time itself — allowing the body and mind to settle into profound stillness. \nAs we journey through the night together\, each tone becomes a bridge — connecting breath to being\, self to silence\, and all of us to the global rhythm of unity. \nParticipants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably throughout the night as the gongs create waves of sound and vibration. The space will be softly lit and held in a peaceful atmosphere\, encouraging rest and gentle introspection. You are welcome to sleep\, meditate\, or simply listen.
