DESCRIPTION:Join us for Satsang\, a special time to come together as a spiritual community. Each session begins with the sacred sound of OM\, followed by universal chants in English and Sanskrit. We’ll then watch a short video clip from Sri Gurudev or open the space with a reflection led by one of our senior teachers\, followed by group discussion or Q&A. \nThis is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of Integral Yoga teachings and connect meaningfully with sangha through shared reflection and spiritual dialogue. \nSatsang\, a special time for us to come together as a community. In Sanskrit\, ‘Sat’ means truth and ‘Sangha’ means community. Satsang offers an opportunity to come together to share spiritual teachings. The philosophy of Integral Yoga is explored\, often through an informal discussion. Although spiritual paths may diverge\, the act of sharing spiritual teachings with others is inspiring and creates a solid foundation for continued practice. \nPeople of all faiths are welcome.
