Program Description

Sept. 7, 14, 21, 28

Developing an inner wealth in the Brahmaviharas, four Buddhist virtues—lovingkindness, compassion, altruistic joy, and equanimity—requires courage to develop them in all our encounters. Their power comes from cultivating these intentions over time, building focus and resilience. Being grounded in these virtues can support you in residing in limitless love, enhancing your well-being and your capacity for goodwill, and aid in resolving conflict and living harmoniously. Practice developing these forms of love, encouraging them to become guides that are not dependent on ideal circumstances.

  • Sept. 7: Metta – Lovingkindness or Goodwill
  • Sept. 14: Karuna – Compassion
  • Sept. 21: Mudita – Altruistic Joy
  • Sept. 28: Uppeka – Equanimity

This workshop will include discussion, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, guided and silent meditation, and pranayama.

Includes Yoga: All Levels
