Prachi is an Indian yogi, she has studied sanskrit since childhood and has been teaching teacher training in India and US. She is also a certified yoga therapist and passionate about bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and contemporary sciences. Her cultural and ancestral lineage has help her students around the world understand the true essence of yogic practice. She is highly motivated and content driven. Her in-depth knowledge of various vedas and methodical approach towards teaching makes it easier for students/teacher to experience the therapeutic benefits of the yogic practice. Her sessions are holistically designed to rejuvenate and energized ones body, mind and soul.
Leda Subrah Resurreccion received her 200-hour teaching certification from Integral Yoga in June 2016. She believes that Hatha Yoga is a benefit to all ages. She is a dedicated karma yogi and is committed to serving the community.
