Yoga for Your Best Sleep Ever: Dive Into the True Essence of Rest

Itโ€™s more than collapsing after a busy day, itโ€™s about deep nourishment and letting go. This workshop will include a brief review of the neurophysiology of sleep, preparing oneself for sleep, and the practice of yogic, philosophic, breath and self-massage techniques for profound, nourishing rest. Helpful for those with busy minds, insomnia, general anxiety and elevated stress levels. The class will include short lecture & discussion, movement, and stillness.

Takehomes include handouts and use of Young Living essential oils spray. Bring a personal eyepillow or sleeping mask if possible, and a pen / notebook if preferred (no laptops please).
