DESCRIPTION:This gentle hatha yoga class integrates soothing music to support a relaxed\, indrawn awareness\, while at the same time revitalizing the body and mind. Many hatha yoga classes emphasize the “ha\,” or heating solar energies\, over the “tha\,” or cooling lunar energies. The focus in this class will be on practicing asanas in a way that will help you to “chill out.” We will move slowly\, listen attentively to the body’s messages\, and allow it to release tension more fully.
