Neuro-Yoga

This yoga class will focus on how to regulate your nervous system through the practices of yoga and meditation. Offered by M. Mala Cunningham, this session provides an opportunity to experience firsthand the healing benefits of yoga and meditation on the nervous system. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided meditation, you will explore techniques to cultivate balance, resilience, and inner calm.

Dr. Cunningham is a leading speaker, author, and educator in the field of Lifestyle Medicine, Neuroscience, Medical Yoga, and Health Psychology. She is the President of Positive Health Solutions and is the Founder and Director of the renowned teacher training certification programs: Neuroscience and Yoga & Cardiac Medical Yoga. She is also the Founder of Limited Mobility Yoga and Hospital Bed Yoga. Dr. Cunningham has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin / Madison and has been in private practice in Charlottesville, Va.for over 30 years.
